On receipt of the relevant tender list. We will start collecting the tender documents for you. Some documents are available for free for review and for some we have to pay the documents cost.

On receipt of tender document and your confirmation, we will read the complete documents and prepare a summary with the help of AI and send you summary with pre-qualification requirement, product specification. This will help you to take final decision on bidding.
Preparation of Tender Document
If the specifications and commercial details matching with your product and company profile, then you can ask our executive to prepare the documents. Our executive will prepare the tender document by consulting your technical and commercial team. When you start using our bidding service, we collect required documents and information from you. We can also store your basic documents so we don’t need to ask for them again and we can use it for subsequent bid.
Submission of Bid
Once the technical bid is ready, our technical executive will upload the documents or will explain you how to upload the documents, online bids need digital signature at the time of bidding. Once the technical bid uploading completed our executive will reach out to assist with the price bid submission. The price bid and its submission is confidential, so, the executive will guide you remotely, explaining how to submit the price. Accordingly, you can submit the price bid.
Pre & Post Bid Following
We will do all the neccessary followup and documentations for Pre-bid and Post Bid submission.
